Videotec acquired Zoom CCTV last year doubling the sales, maintenance and service support capabilities of both companies. Our offices in Leyland and Golborne proved too small to house us all and we sourced new, custom Head Office premises in Standish.
We have two sales and support offices in the North of England and service bases across the UK.
Our well equipped office in Washington, Tyne and Wear has an excellent reputation based upon quality and Customer Care and serves our clients well in this area of the Country.
Our new Head Office premises in Standish brings a wealth of new benefits to our customers. We have a large Workshop space that allows us to pre-program, bench test and carry out repairs to component level. Dedicated Customer Technical Helpdesk, Service Support and Finance Departments ensures the smooth running of our customer accounts.
